Interpretation Supposing Books The Blade of Shattered Hope (The 13th Reality #3)
Things have changed for Atticus Higginbottom. After the near catastrophe in the Fourth Reality, Tick’s being homeschooled in the fields of science, trying to master the mysterious Chi’karda. But just as he begins to make progress, Mistress Jane reappears, now hideously scarred and much more powerful. She has tapped into the universe’s darkest secret to create the Blade of Shattered Hope, and in her quest to attain a Utopian Reality for the future of mankind, she’s ready to risk billions of lives—including those of Tick’s parents and sisters—to set her plan in motion. Her vengeance knows no bounds and when rumors begin to circulate about the secret scientific experiments taking place at the Factory, Tick and his friends—Sato, Sofia, and Paul—are faced with their most dangerous task yet. And they must not fail; for if they do, the entire universe could cease to exist.Rating Appertaining To Books The Blade of Shattered Hope (The 13th Reality #3)

Once again James Dashner has written another book for the 13th reality series and was successful. This book was interesting all the way through and the plot twists were unexpected. There were a couple sections of the book that were a little slow, but I found the information to be necessary to better understand the plot. I am excited to read the next book in this series! This book is definitely targeted toward a younger audience, but the story is still great. I'm a little annoyed that James Dashner switched over and wrote the Maze trilogy instead of finishing this out. It's been quite a wait between books. It seems like there's been a plague lately of writers biting off more than they can chew and then dragging their heels to finish the story. Or worse, they robotically churn it out and the sequels stink. Can someone please write a book that begins and ends in a
Mistress Jane has an evil purpose in mind to destroy all the realities, but one. She is more powerful than ever and is pulling out all the stops to defeat Tick and the Realitants. Tick begins to understand his strange possession of the chi'karda powers and uses them to help defeat Mistress Jane. Can Tick defeat Jane and save the realities?I like this book and I would recommend it for kids who the Maze Runner series. I would recommend this book to or kids/students who like action. I like this
A quick, fun read. I liked this one the best of the three books so far in the 13th Reality series. The story moved faster and was darker than the first two books, so even though it is marketed as a children's book I would rather my children be at least 12 before reading it because there were some intense scenes. The ending has closure for some, but not all, of the characters, so you will have to read the next book to get to the real ending.
There are many things I like about this book and series, but this book seemed to drag a little for me. Mistress Jane is a character who most often is past feeling. She doesn't care the harm she causes. It took a little too long to learn why Tick is who he is.
Man, this took me forEVER to finish, but MAN, it was amazing. It's not like one of those books that drags on the conflict forever, and it never feels dangerous enough, or it doesn't escalate properly. Also, the character development here is absolutely beautiful. James Dashner proves that, once again, he's got a way with words. Seriously, this book was amazing, if a bit long, and it's definitely worth the read.
I love the series and am looking forward to reading the third one!
