Commentary Supposing Books Pocketful of Poesies

Pocketful of Poesies is unlike any publication you have ever previously perused and that is quite a phenomenal pursuance.

Pocketful of Poesies is a pick of perfectly plangent dark tales. An astonishing array of very short stories that take alliteration to a completely new level with absolutely EVERY word beginning with the same letter.

This mind blowing volume of amazing alliteration, such as “Annie and Adam’s Adventure at Arthur’s Animal Aid Association,” “Betty Bets Billy ‘Bout Blowing Bigger Bubbles Better,” and “Colin Couldn’t Comprehend Chafing Cream” WILL blow your mind.

The alphabet may have 26 letters but there is no rule that each word you use has to start with a different one each time and Toula Mavridou-Messer proves just that in Volume One of Pocketful of Poesies.

Delightful book for parents & children to enjoy together. Also, all the alliteration makes this a great learning tool for students and actors.

Cleverly crafted comic creation causes chuckles continuously. Commended. A great stocking filler for those of us who love words and the people who can play with them in clever ways

Absolutely adorable alliterationBit Bonkers but brilliantCreative charming charactersDelightful deranged dialogue. What a funny and wondrous read. Some of those words were buried deep in my Psyche so had to dig deep without a dictionary. After a few tongue twisting moments i was in full flow and chuckling at each short story. I love the way this was illustrated and if i had kids this would be their bedtime read.

Wowee!! A riveting ride! This book delivers alliteration to the max, with fabulous illustrations that capture each character and a journey with each that is not only fun but takes your brain through its paces as you race to keep up with Toula's wordsmith-ery! Fun to read out loud with the family!!

A brilliant book to give and receive. Great fun to read out loud again and again for any age. Lovely illustrations to make you smile as you read. Will be buying this for everyone this year.

This was such a cool book to read! I have no idea how the author did this!!The title does note that this is a book about alliteration but I was totally blown away that each tale was told with every word beginning with the same letter. I figured a word here and there would start with something else to make the story understandable but not in this case! The author have incredible writing skills! The tales made complete sense and some were even on the longer side which was completely amazing. My

I won this book in a Goodreads contest. It is a series of one page 'stories' each written with all the words starting with the same letter. I thought at first it was a children's book but the 'stories' aren't children's stories. While I am sure it is a clever book, it seemed rather silly.
