Happy Re-release to Paper Wishes! <3*****Paper Wishes is a wonderfully sweet book! It will make you smile and feel happy and make your day. The kind of friendship presented between Vilvian and Kai is so genuine, and Kai is an awesome character to read about. Moreover, how Vilv's grief is portrayed is very realistic and moving. The way it is combined with magic and little paper stars is an inventive and thoughtful concept that opens the gates for awesome things to come in the sequel(s)! Nox

I loved escaping into this adorable YA Contemporary Romance (with a hint of fantasy). I have to admit, contemporary stories really arent usually my thing. I dont have anything particularly against them, its just if it came down to choosing between a fantasy and a contemporary novel, the fantasy will win 9 times out of 10. Paper Wishes could change that for me. I loved how Spencer made it seem like Vilvian and Kai and Nox could be people I could meet in real life. I also loved reading the pop

Paper Wishes is a unique book in the sense that it takes a very popular idea from Japan called magical girl' which is seen quite often in anime and manga and puts it in written form. There were many things I really enjoyed about this novel, and a few things I thought could be improved, but overall I loved this book and Im eagerly anticipating the sequel. As someone who grew up watching anime, Im very familiar with the general idea of 'magical girl stories. Thats why I went into this book

This is such a sweet and fun read but it's also very thoughtful and takes on the serious topic of grieving for a loved one. I've read Paper Wishes several times and I love the way it transports me into a world where anything is possible and where love and friendship are always triumphant.
