This is a pretty old book that was recommended to me by a very successful email marketer and i am glad he did. A lot of the things Jay talks about in this book are 100% applicable to current businesses right now, and i still can't believe how many people don't use these tactics. Now i don't own a business but there are ways you can leverage the ideas he puts forth and use them being an employee which is what i plan to do until i get my side business off the ground.
