Short cute book full of glossy photos of silly wildlife photographs. Short blurbs about wildlife conservation, which is nice, but you’re mostly in it for the photos. Lots of cute animals caught in odd poses and places. Cute!

Pretty cute photos with some pretty corny jokes by the author(s). I love that part of the proceeds of this book goes to charity, honestly that is probably my favorite part. One complaint is the editing of the book. Why the inconsistency of translating from metric to U.S. units? How can such a tiny book be missing one-half of a parentheses pairing? And so on.Every year I get the wildlife photography of the year portfolio, so when I saw this in the local bookshop for a fiver I had to really. This is what happens to the photos that don't quite make it. The Giraffes with three heads, the owls caught in the rainstorm, the plant hiding the body of the insect. To be fair a lot of them raised a smile and a couple of them a laugh. This is aided by the captions that accompany the photos, some of which are a work of art by themselves. It's a slight little

Beautiful photos, humour needs workThe photos in this book cover wildlife across the world, and they are vibrant and detailed.The humorous captions that accompany each image, however, are often terribly laboured and for the most part, not that funny. They do give some interesting facts about each creature though.
