Rendition In Pursuance Of Books How Many Friends Could a Bibbolybob Make If a Bibbolybob Came to Earth?: Aka Wibbolywub and the Earthlings
A happy, quirky, colourful story about an alien visitor to Earth who makes friends with lots of different Earthlings and finds out all about them. Ideal for reading to young children to introduce them to numbers and counting. The digits zero to ten are incorporated into the story so that children can familiarize themselves with what they look like and realize that numbers are everywhere and nothing to worry about.Rating Out Of Books How Many Friends Could a Bibbolybob Make If a Bibbolybob Came to Earth?: Aka Wibbolywub and the Earthlings

I really enjoyed this book, it's got beautiful colourful illustrations and a really great story about making friends wherever you go :-) A wonderful addition to my collection.I love this book! It is a brilliant book for children learning to count to ten. It has beautiful illustrations, cute characters and a fun story. It reminds me of Bye Bye Baby by Janet and Allan Ahlberg, because it is a journey of a little alien, and all the friends he makes on the way.Numbers are entwined into the story so that they can be learned naturally. Really helpful and a good bedtime story.
Disclaimer: I won this book from Violet's Veg*n e-Comics. They sent it to me from the UK!Originally I wanted to read this book aloud to Rain (my dog) but given her wiggly nature, I ended up just taking 20 minutes and reading it silently to myself. And it was a fun read! I definitely have a longtime mastery of counting, but I knew there was another message in the book too, and it was interesting to see how the writers tackled it. I'm relieved to say that they don't really hit you over the head
This is one of my favourite books, and I think every child should have a copy. You could read it again and again, it's sweet and touching. I would say it is primarily aimed at children learning to count, but it's such a fun story, it could be enjoyed by everybody. It has a heart warming story of friendship, no matter what size, shape or species we may be, regardless of differences, all the characters get along beautifully, and play together. 3.5 stars -- I'm a fan of weird nonsense words and this book has enough of them to keep me grinning. Kids will no doubt be giggling as adults attempt to tackle the many silly words while reading aloud. The picture book is a little long, so you may have to consider the child's age/attention span. In this story, a friendly space alien lands on Earth and meets and befriends a wide variety of Earthlings, including a hedgehog, cat, cow, and human. There is a vegetarian message, but it is not so
