Narration Concering Books The Princess Who Liked to Be Popular

Princess Primrose loved to be loved so she always did her best to please everyone. Her father, the king, was worried that her need for popularity would get her into trouble but when he tried to explain that to her she disregarded his advice. Consequently, when she was left in charge of the kingdom, she had to learn the hard way that it's not always a good idea to give the people what they want. The Princess Who Liked To Be Popular is a colourfully illustrated fairy tale; an old fashioned story with modern relevance. For reading to or with young children, or for children aged 8 and up to read alone.

Assessment Based On Books The Princess Who Liked to Be Popular

This is a superb modern fairytale with gorgeous illustrations complete with glitter! There is a castle and a king and queen and magic and a baddie. It is brilliant and everyone should read it. There is no need for a prince to come to the rescue, there is no damsel in distress. It is an empowering story and I really enjoy reading it. It's also really nice to have a girl with red hair! Must read. The best princess story around by far. This is a superb modern fairytale with gorgeous illustrations complete with glitter! There is a castle and a king and queen and magic and a baddie.
